Recently I have received a lot of these messages from people so it got me thinking about the benefits of regular spiritual practice. We’re all so busy in our modern day lives which means that we let things like spiritual practical fall to the wayside. But guess what? This is when we need to be doing our spiritual work the most; we need the support of our dragons or guides to help carry us through the craziness.
