Payments

All payments shall be made in GBP Sterling at the time of booking.

One-to-One & Workshop Bookings (Online)

Time Zones
I am based in the South of England, UK. Please check your local time before booking. No refunds or alternative dates will be provided if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations
If I cancel a one-to-one session or a workshop, you will be offered an alternative date and time. If rescheduling is not possible, you may choose a refund or credit towards another reading, workshop, or course.

Online Workshops & Courses

A Zoom (or similar platform) link will be sent 24-48 hours before the event. Please check your email and spam folders.
A recording of the workshop will be made available via a private YouTube link. Even if you are unable to attend the live session, you will still have access to the content.

Workshop Payment Plans

Payment plans are interest-free.
The first instalment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
You will receive invoices per the workshop’s payment schedule. Failure to complete payments will result in you not receiving the Zoom link unless payments are caught up.

Workshop Recordings

Workshops may be conducted in person or online—please ensure you book the correct option.
Online workshop recordings will be sent within three (3) working days via a private YouTube link.
If you prefer an alternative private link not hosted on YouTube, an administrative fee of £25 applies.

Online Sessions

You must ensure a stable internet connection and appropriate access to Zoom, Web Conferencing, or Google Meet, as per your booked session.
No refunds will be issued if a session is unsuccessful due to your poor internet connection or lack of access to the required platform.

One-to-One Online Appointments

A Zoom (or similar) link will be sent 24-48 hours before your session.
A recording link will be sent to you that will expire after 5 days so if you want to keep a copy you must download within 5 days of receipt.

Rescheduling & Cancellation (One-to-One, Online & In-Person)

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session.
Refunds are not offered for cancellations.
We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment at a mutually agreeable time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduled appointments must be used within eight (8) weeks of the original booking date. If you do not reschedule within this timeframe, your booking will be forfeited.

Online Readings

Full payment is due at the time of booking via my website.
You must ensure a stable internet connection and access to the required platform.
No refunds will be given if a session is unsuccessful due to your poor internet connection or lack of access to the necessary platform.
A Zoom (or equivalent) link will be sent approximately 48 hours before your session. If you are outside the UK, please check time zones accordingly.

In-Person Workshops

Refunds are not offered for any reason. If you cannot attend, you forfeit your place and fee.

Tarot Readings & Mentoring

As required by law in various jurisdictions, tarot readings, clairvoyance, mediumship, and related services are provided for entertainment purposes only.
No guarantees are provided, and all clients are responsible for their own life choices and decisions.
We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. If needed, seek guidance from a qualified professional.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

In-Person Readings

Mentoring / Reading Recordings

A recording link will be sent to you that will expire after 5 days so if you want to keep a copy you must download within 5 days of receipt.

Tarot Readings

Sometimes a reader may be unable to connect with a client for various reasons. In such cases, no charge will be made, and any monies paid will be fully refunded or a new date can be agreed at the time.
No refunds or alternative dates are offered if you fail to attend your appointment.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree that the content of any reading shall remain confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without mutual consent, except where required by law.

Services are provided for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.
You remain responsible for your life choices and decisions. I accept no liability for any losses incurred as a result of acting on a reading.

Products

We aim to pack and ship all physical products within three (3) days of order receipt.
Most overseas items are shipped using tracked shipping.
