Cancellation Policy
Bookings - Time Zones I am based in the South of England UK Please check your local time at the time of booking. Refunds are not given nor alternative dates or time offered if you fail to arrive at the appointment time. Cancellation – One to Ones Appointments In the event that I cancel a one-to-one session, you will be offered an alternative date and time. If this is not possible then a refund will be offered or can be used towards a reading or another workshop / course. Online Sessions For all online sessions, you must ensure that you have a stable internet connection and appropriate access to Zoom or Web Conferencing / Google Meet as appropriate to your booked session. If you have booked an online session no refunds can be given where a session is not possible due to your poor internet connection or lack of access to Zoom / Web Conferencing / Google Meet. Rescheduling / Cancelling One to One Appointments We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your one-to-one appointment. Refunds are not offered or given. We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment at a mutually agreeable time. Please note, rescheduled appointments must be used within 12 weeks of your original booking date. If you cannot reschedule in that time, you will forfeit your original booking. Refunds are not given. This applies to in person and online one to one bookings. Recordings You will receive a copy / link of your recording within 48hrs of your session in the form of a Zoom link. You have 5 working days to download the link. It is then removed. If you prefer to receive the recording in a different format, please email hello.dragonhq@gmail.com. To receive a copy of the recording in a different format carries an admin fee of £25 which is invoiced separately to your booking.
